My first official post!

So here I am today, two days post Mrs. Utah pageant, wondering what to do next. I've focussed on myself for a year with a goal at the end and here I am goal-less (a short term goal that is). I'm kind of wandering around the house with this uneasy feeling and the girls and I aren't really doing anything. I was sitting on the back porch when I realized that I need to be actively and conciously thinking of FUN things to do with the girls. To provide them with fun memories and give them joy through new experiences and to help them be creative and active. Not only will this help them, but as parents don't we experience joy by watching our children having fun. So I think this will be my new goal, plus make me into the kind of mother that I have always dreamed of being. It's going to take work and definately patience, but I believe it will be worth the effort and we will create wonderful memories together.

I will post something every day, hopefully, that I have done to create a fun experience for the kids. Hopefully by sharing my experiences,I will give you ideas of ways to have fun with your kids and we can all find Joy In The Journey by having FUN!
